I don't need security, Joho tells Jubilee

Mombasa Governor Hassan Ali Joho has said he does not need any security.

Speaking during the Opposition's rally at Bomas of Kenya on Wednesday, Joho said he drove himself to the venue to 'show Jubilee he does not need security'.

"I drove myself here because I am safe. I do not need any security and this back and forth between me and Jubilee should end here. I don't want to talk on this (the withdrawal of his bodyguards) again," he said.

Joho was referring to the alleged withdrawal of his body guards.

He also said the body guards have not been reinstated as the government claimed.
