National Super Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga has for the first time addressed reports that his security has been withdrawn.

Speaking during a press conference in Nairobi, Raila said that he learned in the morning that his security had been withdrawn.

Odinga said that he is not moved by the with the move by the government.

He said that as a Kenyan citizen, he is entitled to state security and pension from the government.

He further confirmed that the security of his co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka's security had also been withdrawn.

Odinga was speaking at NASA offices at Capitol Hill in Nairobi.

Earlier in the day, NASA lawmakers had given the government 24 hours to replace Odinga's security.
