The team which drew 0-0 with the KCB in their previous match in Eldoret is ranked top of the NSL standings with 13 points followed close by Wazito FC in second with the same points.

Ushuru Fc ranked 7 with 11 points drew 1-1 with Wazito FC on Saturday. They will also be eyeing to capitalise on their home advantage to ascend to the top of the league.

However the league leaders tactician Joshua Obare is hopeful of a better show this weekend.

According to him, he has a strong squad and will be technical in their next match.

“Being on the top is not easy to maintain it but we have to work very hard to emerge victorious in our next match. Our opponents will be playing at home but so far we have won three away matches,” Obare said today in Eldoret.

The team has won four matches, drew one and lost a game in the league.

“In our last two matches we have realised our mistakes and the boys have corrected them. In terms of coordination in the field, they are perfect but waste of scoring opportunities had affected them and we have worked on it during our training,” Obare explained.
