Moi said the party is exploring the best option and will communicate in two weeks its position over the coming elections.

"Party members have mandated me to talk to everybody," the Baringo Senator said at a press conference held in Nairobi on Thursday.

"We are keeping our options open right now. We have got NASA off course, we have got Jubilee and we have got the option for Kanu to go it alone. As of now, all options are on the table."

He spoke less than two weeks after opposition under the umbrella of the proposed National Super Alliance held a consultative meeting at the Bomas of Kenya to chart a way forward for the alliance.

In the meeting, Kanu was represented by Secretary General Nick Salat.

"What is concrete of now is that we are not dissolving and we are standing as Kanu and that is a fact," Moi added.

He said the party will a convene meeting after two weeks to give supporters direction ahead of the August 8 polls.
