Runyenjes MP Cecily Mbarire has urged county governments to negotiate with nurses in a bid to end the ongoing strike.

The strike that has paralyzed medical services across the country, entered its seven days on Monday.

The nurses went on strike Monday demanding registration of the CBA they negotiated with governors.

Mbarire has said that while the strike is national, counties can negotiate with their nurses to resolve their issues.

She argued that while the CBA was signed by the National officials, each county has its own unique challenges, therefore there us a way for governors to break through to the nurses in their region.

She further called on nurses to resume work as a solution was being sorted after.
