Nyamira county governor aspirant losers have vowed to move to court to challenge the re election of Governor John Nyagarama’s victory in the just concluded August 8 polls.
According to Walter Nyambati of Jubilee party and Kennedy Mong’are of NLP party claimed that Nyagarama’s victory is not transparent and must be challenged in court
Addressing the press in Kisii town on Wednesday the duo said manipulation was done and vowed to seek transparency of the election results in court.
“We must fight four our rights Nyagarama never won the election and we must challenge him in court because his leadership in the last four and a half years is not embracing in development, education among others,” said Walter Nyambati of Jubilee party.
“Nyagarama used handouts something that is against the law and that was conducted by a section of county employs,” said kenned Okong’o of NLP party.
Okong’o insisted that they have enough evidence to show how manipulation of votes was done in Nyamira County.
