Learning about Hivisasa is one the biggest blessing in my life since I joined campus.

In 2014, when I joined Maseno University, I was introduced to Hivisasa by two forth year media friends, one Paul Amisi and Camillus Sang.

Being a social scientist and doing something very different from media, I did not know that I would write for Hivisasa and get my stories published.

With the help of the editors, my writing improved, and grammar mistakes become less everyday. I would now comfortably construct sentences with minimal errors.

Furthermore, I would easily gather facts from different sources and come up with a story without much sweat.

Little did I know that writing would improve my class work. As I stated earlier, I am a social scientist and my class work involves a lot of writing.

I applied the experience I got from writing for Hivisasa which helped me communicate better and arrange my thoughts chronologically.

My improvement caught the eyes of my lecturers who would always compliment me in class.

Over the years, Hivisasa has become my companion, source of finances and furthermore my greatest teacher.

Thank you Hivisasa.
