Being with your partner and being able to do things together is something amazing and when it comes to business, there is always a but, how possible is it to be business partners with your girlfriend or husband.
Its only possible if you observe the following rules. Here are some of the things that you need to do work business as lovers.
At any given time, make sure that you divide the responsibilities equally among both of you, its important to do this fairly to avoid getting into arguments which might not end up in the right way and end up being an embarrassment in front of your employees, anger might trigger you to air out dirty laundry that should stay at home.
Discipline is key when you are both at the office, learn to leave the romance at home, even if you find yourselves alone and you are really tempted to do something that is opposite of the office conduct, restrict yourself, save the romance for your home environment.
Lastly make sure that you commit to each others investment, make sure you live up to the end of your bargain as a business partner, its important to make sure that your work us done so that the organization and business is a success.
