Bipolar is a condition affecting a lot of young people in this day and age of which most do not know they are suffering from. 

It can be really stressful as it causes one to have extreme mood swings ranging from really low moments to those that you are extremely happy. 

Although this condition is not treatable completely, it can be managed well through the following tips.

Treasure your sleep and get the right amounts. Most of the people suffering from this condition will have problems sleeping and irregular sleep patterns, even with that in consideration, when you get the time to sleep, make sure you do.

People with bipolar will most of the times be introverts and their social life is not as good but it’s important to stay connected with people as it will help cheer you up and prevent stress triggers, be careful however to make sure that you are with people who make you better and not those who always trigger your wrong buttons.

One of the best options to managing bipolar is getting a support system or someone you can always talk to when the mood strikes, getting someone who is consistent and is always willing to listen without judging you, is very important.
