You might think saying yes to everyone makes them happy, but instated it could be destroying your relationship and even your mental health.Here are tips that can help you set healthy borders in your relationships.

Listening to your inner voice. Sometimes you find yourself avoiding friends that always pressure you to saying yes, but always pay attention to your inner reaction and gut it will help you become  more self aware and understand when to say yes.

Let go of toxic relationship. If you are a people pleaser you may get to worry when you start saying  no to  them you will lose them , it  will help you understand if you are in toxic relationship because  the person will honor , respect and understand your no.

Recognize when they are taking advantage of you, when you have learnt how to create the boundaries you will be able to identify when you are being taken advantage of, always check if what you are going for them even out with what they do for you if it does then you are good.
