Kigumo MP Jamleck  Kamau has denied claims that he met Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka in a bid to make the former Vice President join Jubilee party.

Kamau, a loyal defender of Jubilee government and President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday said he did not meet or drive Musyoka on Monday evening to JKIA when the Nasa Deputy Presidential candidate flew to DRC.

"I am shocked by this kind of rumours being spread. I have not met Kalonzo in months if not a year and i have no reason to meet him. I was campaigning for Uhuru reelection and i am headed to Kiambu for the same so anyone trying to drag me in the mud just have a lot of time and bitterness in their hands," he told Hivi sasa on the phone.

"Furthermore anyone in their right sense knows that by virtue of being a former VP, Kalonzo has official drivers and as an MP i have mine, so it is impossible for me to drive him under any circumstances." He added.

Jamleck, one of the leaders under the Uhuruto express, a caravan of leaders who are traversing the country seeking for the reelection of Uhuru and DP Ruto, was said to have allegedly met Kalonzo and then driven him to DRC in the hope of luring him to join Jubilee.
