A man claiming to be a member of the Kenya police force known by his Facebook name Alfie Kipchirchir has made headlines for all the wrong reasons in the last few days.
Kipchirchir has been posting disturbing sentiments on his Facebook page concerning the demonstrations happening in Kisumu county after Uhuru Kenyatta was declared the winner of the August 8, polls.
Earlier on Saturday, police spokes person, Charles Owino said on Citizen TV that the 'hate monger' had been arrested.
However, it is interesting to note that Kipchirchir Facebook page is still active and new posts are still being witnessed on the page.
The big question now is whether Kipchirchir was arrested and if yes why is his account still active.
