The Jubilee Party will form parliamentary committees next week without involving their NASA counterparts.

Jubilee said that they will go ahead with their plans should NASA fail to submit names of their members.

According to National Assembly Majority leader Aden Duale, Jubilee has vowed not to 'allow NASA to hold Parliament hostage'.

“I have already forwarded the list for the Selection Committee to be discussed on Wednesday next week and thereafter constitute all relevant committees,” he said.

Parliament will resume duty on Tuesday next week.

However, House Speakers Justin Muturi (National Assembly) and Kenneth Lusaka (Senate) have received communication from NASA chief executive Norman Magaya telling them that the coalition will submit their list by November 30.
