Likuyani constituency Jubilee nominee Stephen Kisaka has been cleared to vie .

Kisaka was handed a certificate by the IEBC constituency Returning Officer, Enock Otara.

Kisaka who was working at the Airline Consultancy before joining politics, said Jubilee party will triumph in the region.

"The people have seen what the Jubilee government has done in terms of development and their focus has shifted to supporting a development-wise administration," Kisaka said.

He said his manifesto was pegged on developments and he will uplift the livelihoods of the constituents.

"I want to promise that when you elect me, I will bring lots of change in the economic growth of our people. For many years you have suffered but it is a new dawn for I am totally committed to serving you," he said while addressing the electorates, Thursday at Likuyani.

Kisaka was contesting for the JP ticket with Makhanu Wamboko, Absalom Wakhungu and Selah Keya.

Keya decamped to KANU for the same seat while Wamboko opted to vie for an MCA seat, while Absalom supported Kisaka's bid.

Deberius Shikuku is also vying for the seat through an ODM ticket.
