Friday evening turned out into a nightmare for residents of Kawangware area in Dagoreti North, Nairobi county after youths armed with panga's and other crude weapons invaded the area.

However, Police officers came in later and started engaging the youths in running battles.

Kenyans reacted swiftly on the happenings on their twitter handle here are but a few of the comments.
