After the September 1st ruling that nullified the August 8 polls, IEBC was ordered to organise a fresh election within 60 days which they did on October 26.
However, despite facing a low voter turn-out in the pro-opposition stronghold, the IEBC managed to organise poll and today (Monday) IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati is set to announce the winner of the repeat polls.
A section of Kenyans has taken to the social media to express their emotions with regard to the polls with many pointing fingers of Mr Chebukati.
