According to Ketter, measure had been put in place by officials to make sure that the candidates that some aspirants emerged victorious by rigging the nominations.

"We have confirmed that we have been supplied with less ballot papers as was expected in Uasin Gishu. There is something they are trying to play, 200 ballot papers for polling with over 1000 voters can not be enough per polling station," he said.

"We expected a free and fair nominations process and now they are confirming our fears. As early as last week there were some aspirants who were saying they had already won the nominations. I believe that some officials of Jubilee are working with some of the aspirants to make sure that some of us are rigged out," he added.

The MP noted that it was a surprise to him that even after the promises by president Uhuru Kenyatta that Jubilee party would carry out a free and fair nominations moves to rig the primaries were already underway.

"The president confirmed yesterday that our nominations will be free and fair, we expected exactly that but we are surprised," he said.

Ketter made this claims while speaking to Citizen TV, Friday from Nandi Hills after the Jubilee primaries in the region kicked of with confusion and uncertainties.
