Kisii and Migori elders allied to opposition NASA have threatened to curse acting Interior CS Fred Matiang'i.

The Kisii elders accused Matiang'i for working with the Jubilee government to intimidate opposition leaders and their supporters during the election day yet the gusii community where the CS hails from supports NASA.

Migori elders claimed that Matiangi is working with the enemy to deny NASA victory.

The elders urged Matiang'i to concentrate on provision of security to voters during voting and not to deploy police officers to scare away voters.

If the elders make good their threat, a curse will befall Matiang'i.

This comes after Matiang'i said that NASA should only field only one polling agent and not five.

Matiang'i announced that no one should be found hanging around the polling stations after voting.

NASA had planned to guard votes against rigging by fielding five agents at each polling stations across the country, the plans CS Mat'iang'i declared illegal.

IEBC on Wednesday also ruled that only one agent should be allowed at the polling station as the law states.
