Led by the Leader of Majority Josphat Lowoi who is also MCA Karuna Meibeki ward, they said Mandago has done an excellent job and he deserves another term.

"Let you people not to be swayed by the political wave and be convinced to vote a person whom has no experience in resource  management. We know what our governor has done and we should vote him in again," Lowoi said.

Kaptagat ward MCA Jonah Yego, deputy speaker Hosea Lamai among others, heaped praise on the governor for his development record.

"I am very proud of the county because Mandago has done what other counties have not done. We have pioneered several things in education, agriculture, ICT and many other things. We have worked together smoothly and it is our wish that we all get re-elected," Lamai added.

This comes as the billionaire aspirant Kiprop Bundotich alias Buzeki is tirelessly campaigning in a bid to unseat Mandago.

"We are only praying for peace to prevail but Mandago is the right person to continue developing our county," Yego added.

The county disbersed a total of Sh135 million to its 30 wards as bursary funds in which each county received Sh4.5 million.
