Supreme Court judges have been urged to nullify Uhuru's victory and call for fresh elections that include fresh nominations across the board as that will save Kenya from the uprising tribal politics.

According to Bogeka Ward Representative Charles Mochoge, the only way Kenya can move on without any further conflicts is to ensure that proper institutions are mandated to carry out free and fair elections that will enable both political antagonists to accept the outcome.

"If you look at the current political stalemate the only man who can save Kenya is Maraga and his bench by nullifying Uhuru Kenyatta's win that less than four million Kenyans voted," said Mochoge.

Speaking on Wednesday outside Kisii County assembly, the MCA urged Kenyans to unite and accept any outcome either in favor of Jubilee or NASA.

The petition challenging Uhuru Kenyatta's win is currently ongoing at the Supreme Court and it was petitioned by human rights activist Okiya Omtata.
