Kesses Jubilee parliamentary candidate Dr Swarup Mishra Kiprop has sponsored 19 students to pursue certificate and diploma teaching courses at Tambach Teachers college.

He said he will ensure no bright and needy students misses school due to lack of fees in his constituency.   "I will cater for their school fees, accommodation and pocket money until they complete their courses. Education is the only investment that can be used to change the World," he said in Eldoret town, Monday."My administration will invest heavily on education and technical skills to ensure we have a brighter Kesses," he added.He urged the  National and County governments to allocate more funds to bursary kitty for more needy students to benefit.He reiterated  that his administration is  poised to ensure that every secondary school in the constituency has a television set,computer  and WiFi connection."We have installed a television set,Computer and WiFi at St Luke's Cheptiret and Seiyo secondary schools. Other schools will follow suit," noted Kiprop.
