Nyaribari Chache Member of parliament Richard Tong'i shocked a huge crowd in Etago on Tuesday when he claimed that he will resign if Raila wins the presidency as he is sure that he won’t deliver under the leadership of the NASA leader.
According to the MP he is convinced that President Uhuru Kenyatta will win the upcoming polls with a large number of votes hence that will see Raila retire from active political arena.
The legistaltor claimed that Raila has made Kenya lad behind in terms of development as he is always opposing great development projects that would see the country get more resources that will even reduce the unemployment rates in Kenya.
“We want to call upon all the people in Kisii to join hands and reelect president Uhuru Kenyatta for the second term as he is the one that we as Gusii community can work with and I promise if Raila wins I will simply resign as I can’t work with him,” said Tong’i.
