Although muslims spend alot of their time in prayers and worship, they also buy different items to celebrate the Eidd in a special way.

Different parts of the town are seen people of different gender flocking to town buying clothes to be worn and food to be feasted on, including slaughtering of animals.

Traders are seen stocking their stores to cash in alot from the Eid celebrations. Halima Abdullahi, who sells clothes, says the month of Ramadhan and the Eidd has boomed her business since the clothes are of high demand, especially, the Buibuis, Hijab and Diras for women and kanzus for men.

Although the advantage of this special day can be felt by all traders, those who benefit alot are the tailors, since they are seen working till late at night tailoring clothes for their customers.

The Eidul-Fitri is to be celebrated on 25th or 26th of June, 2017.
