 Allergies occur when the immune system response inappropriate to a harmless substance. Some of the substance causing the allergy are pollen, dust which cause skin reaction and sneezing. 

Here are some remedies to allergies. 

Cooking with turmeric. Turmeric contains curcumin which acts as a decongestant hence it reduces symptoms of allergies. You can use turmeric when you are cooking and add it to a spice.

Workout in the evening. Trees release their pollen in the morning when the sun appears, hence the morning hours is not good for people who are sensitive or allergic to pollen grains.

Taking medications at night. Many allergic reactions are common in the morning for example running nose, sneezing and they are even worse in the morning. Always take medication during bedtime to help prevent the allergic reactions.

Treat allergies early. Always prevent the reactions by taking notice of the symptoms and taking the necessary medications to prevent the reactions from ruining your day.
