The MPs who spoke in Rangwe constituency in Homa Bay at a rally attended by ODM party leader Raila Odinga said the opposition is determined to clinch the presidency in August.

Homa Bay County Women Representative Gladys Wanga said the death of the tyranny of numbers had made Jubilee panic after sensing defeat.

"We are mobilizing our supporters to register as voters in large numbers," Wanga said.

"This time round tyranny of numbers will work for the opposition. In 2013 we lost because they rigged and most of our people were not registered. All we can say is Jubilee's tyranny of numbers is dead."

Raila was in Homa Bay to drum up for the mass voter registration exercise.

Mbita MP Millie Odhiambo said opposition leaders will vigorously campaign to ensure the opposition ascends to power.

Raila is currently on a countrywide tour mobilizing opposition supporters to register as voters.

He is gunning for the presidency, the fourth time.

He stands a higher chance of flying the opposition flag at presidential level during the August polls.
