The Supreme Court has given new orders that will guide a new presidential petition filed by activist Okiya Omtatah.

The petition seeks to nullify the just concluded presidential petition.

The deputy registrar of Daniel Ole Keiwua issued a direction for Omtatah to deliver the applications I writing on Thursday 2nd October.

Omtatah filed the petition against IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati and went ahead listing all the eight presidential candidates as interested parties.

The interested parties are also supposed to file their responses by 5 pm on Tuesday 7th November 2017.

Finally, it was directed that the matter will be mentioned before the deputy registrar for compliance issues on November 10th at 9 am.
