Adopt-a-light founder and business Woman Esther Passaris is back into political lime light, and surprisingly back into Orange Democratic Movement.

Passaris, who had at one time took to twitter to seek a name of a political party that brings unity lost an appeal to register her Harambee Party, said she had returned home.

"I have returned home to ODM," she said.

Speaking in Kibira, she said her aspirations for Governor proved to be unrealistic for 2017 for many reasons.  Passaris, who lost to Rachel Shebesh in the last general election declared she will run for the Women Representative seat after conducting an opinion poll on her twitter account on which seat to vie for.

Passaris who left ODM after the 2013 general elections also endorsed ODM leader and (NASA) co-Principal Raila Odinga for the alliance presidential flag bearer.  

“For Kenya to be united we must choose baba as the NASA presidential candidate,’’ she said.

The Adopt-a-light founder said it was only Raila who could unite the country. She now becomes the second candidate to drop out of the gubernatorial race, after former TNA chairman Johnson Sakaja shelved his ambitions to vie for the Nairobi Senatorial seat.
