Kenneth also promises to deal with corruption which is the biggest problem in the city following fiscal discipline and strict procurement laws.

In the pledge to fight traffic jam, he promises to fix 16 roundabouts with overpasses and underpasses and to also establish mass transit and light rail system to ease congestion.

"We will revamp public transport terminuses and ensure sufficient space and up-to-date management system. Rehabilitate and upgrade our county road network, build walkways and cycling paths," he said.

Kenneth promises to modernise the water and sewerage system and use technology to monitor water infrastructure.

He pledges to use community-based garbage system to ensure that the city is clean and also ensure that each constituency has its own fire brigade vehicles to fight incidents of fire in the city.
