Photos of Nairobi’s Outering Road, commissioned by President Uhuru Kenyatta in January 2015 to reduce the crazy traffic jams in Eastlands, have shown that the ambitious project is nearly complete.
While sharing the exclusive photos, senior State House official Dennis Itumbi said Outering Road was being transformed in real-time. Built at a cost of Sh8.4 billion, the road is the most ambitious project done by the government in Nairobi since the construction of the Thick Superhighway about eight years ago.
