Speaking on Thursday when he started his tour of Lakipia, West Pokot and Busia, Kenyatta said his government has done a lot in developing key infrastructure, as well as solving issues that have riddled the country’s past.

“They have been in Government for more than 100 years combined but they have no ideas,” said the President.

He further took a swipe at Odinga, accusing him of spewing hate speech and trying to devide Kenyans on tribal lines.

Kenyatta cited Raila’s statements in Kajiado, which he said shows that the opposition leader is intent on destroying the fabric of the Kenyan society just for his selfish aim for political power.

Kenyatta further said his resolve to settle Kenyans in different areas is evident, having issued title deeds to more than 3.5 million Kenyans.

“Our government is action oriented and we are committed to solving the problems facing Kenyans,” he added.

The president and his deputy started on a tour that will take them to over 30 counties as they seek a re-election, with only 11 days left to the polls.
