[Photo/The Star] Hours after the Supreme Court served NASA leader Raila Odinga with Jubilee Party application holding him in contempt of court, the opposition chief is yet to respond. Jubilee had filed a case in court seeking to have  Odinga prosecuted for quitting the October 26 repeat poll. "NASA principals' actions "display arrogance and lack of respect for the law," said Tuju. However, Odinga and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka were not present before Judiciary Deputy Register Daniel ole Keiwua on Friday.  IEBC and chair Wafula Chebukati filed replies saying they were preparing for the repeat polls.
