Deputy president William Ruto has criticized IEBC chairperson Wafula Chebukati for lecturing them ahead of the October 26.

The DP went on to remind the electoral chair that Jubilee won the 8/8 polls and his duty at the commission is not a favor to anybody.

“Chebukati should stop lecturing us and oversee the elections. He is not doing us & we need no favors. Btw we won on 8/8 fair and square,” read DP Ruto’s tweet.

The above statement attracted criticism. Several people faulted Ruto and asked several questions including the Chris Msando puzzle. They urged Ruto to front the unity of Kenya and gurd his desire for power.

@BongBongoye wrote, “U keep saying that you won, how did you win and when?”

“Hahaha you’re clearly cornered. If you won fair on 8/8, relax and wait for 26th. Hizi kelele hazisaidii,” @Pauline72953964 replied.

“Dude, you are the Deputy President! Does it not bother you that this country can break? You are proving to be a curse to this Nation!” @lonefelix said.

Other sarcastically backed DP William Ruto. They asked if the servers can be opened to prove his claim while others questioned the reason for anxiety in Jubilee camp yet they won the 8/8 elections.

@OguttuSilas stated, “Pastor Ruto, we know that.can we open the server to substantiate that.”
