Former Nairobi Woman Representative Rachael Shebesh has lost another family member. Shebesh mother-in-law is reported to have died at Aga Khan Hospital, Kisumu on Monday night.
According to reports, the deacesed, Dorice Ambundo was 83 years old. She leaves five children including Shebesh's husband Franklin.
Ambundo was admitted to the hospital on Sunday after suffering from complication linked to old age.
She is reported to have died at 8:30pm Monday night.
Ambundi's death follows the death of the former legislators father Samuel Maina Mbugua in September.
Mbugua died at the Nairobi Hospital while undergoing treatment.
President Uhuru Kenyatta attended Mbugua's funeral and called upon friends and loved ones of the former mayor to pay homage to his leadership while celebrating his life and achievements.
