The term ‘Canaan’ has been used by the National Super Alliance (NASA) ahead of next week’s Election Day.
The craze surrounding ‘promise land’ aka Canaan has sparked a social media frenzy and has also drawn Jubilee supporters into the mix.
It is believed that the term symbolized Kenyans political expedition along with Raila Odinga the opposition leader attempts to win the presidential election on August 8.
The Nasa flag bearer compared the political journey through Canaan to the bible describing how Joshua and Abraham struggled to cross Canaan and hoping to eventually reach the land of milk and honey.
