Communication is very important especially if you want to deliver a message. Sometimes do to different scenarios we forget to listen.
Here is how to know weather someone is a good listener during a conversation
Use of body language. Establishing eye contact with the people you are communicating with is a sign of someone who is listening and also interested in what they are saying.
They don’t interrupt. When you are talking you cannot listen at the at same time interrupting a person when they are speaking shows how impatient you are and what you have to say is of more importance. Always write down something if you need something to be clarified.
They take notes. The act of writing down notes helps you remember the information better especially if you are in meeting and you need it for future reference , it also shows that you are paying attention and following what the speaker is saying.
