Speaking to the media on Wednesday, Tuju said they were no concerned with the opposition carrying out a bungled elections, saying Jubilee was only concerned with delivering a credible nomination.

"Why do you go to court to stop someone from conducting nominations in a credible way?" He asked.

"We don’t care what they do with their nominations; they can sell to the highest bidder or give relatives," he added.

Tuju also warned defectors from the Jubilee party, telling them they will face a strong Jubilee candidate.

"Don’t be lied to. No one has a nomination certificate. We have no preferred candidates," he said.

"For those who have defected let us meet at the ballot. we will come with our Jubilee candidates to face you," he added.
