IEBC chair Wafula Chabukati is expected to discuss about the issue of parallel tallying center that continues to raise political temperature between Jubilee and NASA supporter.

Thorough Raila’s Spokesman Dennis Onyango, he said he had received a letter from the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission inviting the NASA principals for a meeting to discuss election management. The move comes barely two days after IEBC chair Chebukati insisted at a press conference that they were they are only body mandated to carry out election activities.

"We invite all actors to review the results management framework. By setting up the new integrated election management system, the commission shall guarantee greater transparency, accountability and audit ability of the results, other actors including political parties will access the results within the established framework," Chebukati said.

On Monday, Chebukati had termed it illegal a plan by the National Supper Alliance (NASA) to establish a parallel tallying center.
