NASA has said that the motion will be tabled in 18 county assemblies this week. The county assemblies are those that are in counties leaning towards the NASA coalition.

Top of the agenda will be the formation of the people’s assembly to help NASA push on with its reform agenda.

Speaking in Kibera on Sunday, Siaya senator and NASA lead counsel James Orengo stated that their MCA’s will not recognize Uhuru’s presidency.

NASA is also yet to announce its plans for this week’s demonstrations as said by the Senator.

“In Kilifi County, MCA’s have begun driving the secession movement. We encourage them on,” said Orengo.

The leaders also warned that if Jubilee goes ahead to swear Uhuru, they will swear in Raila Odinga as the president of Kenya.
