They noted that some of them were young ‘active’ teenagers and would risk transmitting infectious diseases through unprotected sex since they cant access condoms.

More than 6000 locals were displaced by floods and are camping at Garashi in Magarini.

The e-citizens found these barbaric as the victims pleaded for condoms. Here are some of the reactions on social media.

“Where will these people get the energy to engage in the steamy affair. Lol they must be strong,” Wachera Muchunu.“Sex is a basic need don’t worry and again the level of ignorance here is epic,” said Chris Joseph’s Odalinga.

“Being in campus should not hinder them from appending signature. They are all human needs,” noted Njenga Wiseman.

“Condoms are a priority as an African continent. We have endured much on that line with millions of victims dying annually. It’s important!,” noted Mkenya Warita.

“You are asking for condoms instead of clean water and tents! Kenyans!!!” stated Peter Mwangi.

"Hahahaha this Coastarians will kill us with this wants," noted James too.

"Those priorities for the Kilifi people are very funny. I cant help but laugh all day," noted Waithera Mwangi.
