Ojaamong hailed devolution system of governance, saying it has changed lives, and brought services to people who were marginalised for decades. "It is unimaginable a town like Busia lacked Primary infrastructure like urban roads and waterways," he said, Friday."We must continue demanding for more , counties only get a tiny 13 per cent of the budget, less than some line ministries. Yet they are the most revolutionary thing we have done as a country since independence," added the ODM governor.
