Wherever pimples appear on your body, they are always unwelcomed due to the discomfort they bring along.

But similar to other health conditions, pimples are caused by a given number of reasons and factors.

These are some of the reasons why you get pimples on your face:

1. Clogged Pores

Blocked sweat pores on the head is one among the main causes of pimples on the face.

The blockage can be as a result of excess oil or even dirt, it prevents the skin from breathing and expelling sweat.

This, therefore, results in pimples as a reaction by the body.

2. Wearing Helmets and Caps

The inside of helmets is usually dirty, as very few people ever pay attention to cleaning them. All the sweat absorbed from the skin of different users get soaked in them.

The helmet then becomes a breeding ground for bacteria, which can cause pimples when it interacts with your skin.

3. Certain Medications

There are types of medicinal drugs that cause pimples and irritations, especially on the forehead. These types of medication include skin ointments and birth control pills.

4. Excess Stress

Stress has been known to be a major contributor to a majority of disease. For Pimples, stress disrupts hormonal balance and also causes abnormal production of skin oil (sebum).
