Abubakar Mohamed, Masalani ward MCA in Garrisa County will improve on ways to empower local youths and promote talent in the county.
The MCA has promised to work with CeC for Youth, Gender, Culture, Sports and Social welfare to help build the county economically through youth empowerment programs.
He added that the county has so many opportunities to empower every youth and other educated youths.
The MCA was speaking during a youth music workshop in Garrisa town on Thursday, where several known artists were in attendance.
“I commit myself to you together with other related ministries to have better opportunities for youths who want to work on their talents to earn a living,” shide said.
He added that he will help these young musicians come together and share ideas and experiences.
“We have plenty of money that is demanding young creative minds for building an international name for our country and local events as well,” he said
