Embattled Garissa Township MP Aden Duale has dared Wiper Party boss and Cord Co-principal Kalonzo Musyoka to take him to the Hague as he threatened on Sunday.

Speaking in Maziwa farm in Kapseret during the burial of veteran politician Mark Too on Monday, Duale dared KAlonzo to take him to ICC telling him he has been there 39 times.

“Kama ni ICC, mimi nataka nimwambie mheshimiwa Kalonzo, mimi nimetembea huko mara thelathini na tisa. I know ICC in and out. I know the lawyers, I know the prosecutors. Wewe hapana tisha sisi kwa ICC. We will never be intimidated,” said the MP.

Duale dismissed the audio tape as a “coached” clip. He said those behind it are those who were behind the coaching of witnesses in the ICC cases that President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy faced.

“I have presented myself to the CID and I said I want it to be investigated. And because those who manufactured the audio clip, are the same people who manufactured witnesses to tae you to ICC; it is that story of coached witnesses and coached clips.”

In an audio clip gone viral Duale is alleged to have incited a section of residents from his constituency to send away anyone from Kamba origin living in Garissa.

The statements from the audio clip led Kalonzo to issue a warning that he will write to ICC in regard to the matter and have Duale held culpable if chaos erupt between Garissa residents and Kambas living there.
